Eleventh Platform
The Eleventh Platform p11 (Salvia), a new stable branch of ALT repositories, created and developed within the framework of Sisyphus project by ALT Linux Team, is designed to develop, test, distribute, update and support complex solutions at all levels: from embedded devices to enterprise servers and data centers. The Eleventh Platform is supported by BaseALT LLC.
What's New?
A separate page describes the innovations from the perspective of advanced users and administrators.
Architectures supported by the Eleventh Platform
Synchronous p11 builds are made for these two main architectures:
- 64-bit:
- x86_64;
- aarch64;
- 32-bit i586.
There is no p11 branch made for the 32-bit mipsel and armh (armv7a), and 64-bit ppc64le architectures.
The release of Platform 11 repositories for the proprietary 64-bit Elbrus architecture will be announced at a later date.

Get started with the Eleventh Platform repositories quickly
Starter kits
Those who prefer to independently choose the components of the system and its design, can start working with the new platform using small installation images with different desktop environments.
To implement this style of work with the repositories of the Eleventh Platform, experimental starter kits for the x86_64, i586 and aarch64 architectures have been provided (Cinnamon, Deepin, GNOME, IceWM, KDE5, LXDE, LXQt, MATE, GNUstep and Xfce desktop environments, as well as a minimal installer (JeOS), and a server installer; the options in bold are available in builds for all supported architectures).
The range of starter kits in p11 is expanded with the release of updates that are delivered in a planned quarterly mode (with proper testing). Experimental builds may be found here and in similar subdirectories for other architectures.
Coming soon: official cloud images
Preinstalled system images for cloud applications and container use for the aarch64, i586 and x86_64 architectures are expected to be released soon.
